The accused B Prabhakar, a mason, with whom the victim was working, took the girl on his bike to a farm house near Aziznagar village on January 21 on the pretext of some work at a site.
However, he raped her there and fled, police said.
Moinabad Police who investigated the case arrested Prabhakar.
