Mastek posts Rs 11.23 cr proft for Oct-Dec

IT services company Mastek today posted a net profit of Rs 11.23 crore for the October-December quarter of this fiscal.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 0.79 crore in the year-ago period, Mastek said in a filing to the BSE.
Total income from operations, however, declined to Rs 126.12 crore in the reported quarter from Rs 137.79 crore in October-December 2015 quarter.
The company received Rs 114.27 crore in revenues from its UK operations, while other markets accounted for Rs 11.85 crore in the said quarter.
It has also appointed Keith Selwyn Bogg as an additional independent director on its Board.
