Matt Damon puts house on sale for USD 20 Million
The actor, who has renewed his wedding vows to wife Luciana Barroso, had bought the house for USD 10.3 million with Barroso, reported Radar Online.
The 12,705 square feet Mediterranean-style house has seven bedrooms and 10 baths, plus a home theatre and wine cellar. The waterfront property sits right on Biscayne Bay and has its own dock. It also has a swimming pool and pool house.
Last August, Damon bought a new estate in Pacific Palisades, not far from their good friends Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's house.
