An LA court judge has finalised the divorce of actress Melanie Griffith and actor Antonio Banderas.
The 58-year-old actress filed for divorce from Banderas back in June 2014, after their 18 years of marriage.
The divorce was granted on December 4. The marriage will officially be terminated on December 20, reported Aceshowbiz.
According to court documents, Griffith and Banderas must sell their house in Los Angeles and split the profits. Griffith gets their house in Aspen, Colorado, and half of all profits, royalties and residuals Antonio earned from 2004-2014.
Banderas, 55, must pay his former wife USD 65,000 per month in spousal support, which equals out to USD 780,000 per year in spousal support until Griffith remarries or either party dies.
The actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason of the split last year. Griffith asked for both child support and sole physical & joint legal custody of their daughter Stella.
This is the fourth divorce for Griffith. She was previously married to Don Johnson in 1976 and Steven Bauer in 1982. In 1989, the 58-year-old actress remarried Don and they had a daughter, Dakota Johnson, before they separated in 1994. This, meanwhile, is the second divorce for Banderas, who was previously married to Ana Leza.
