Yadav and Prasad rose to raise the issue of dinner saying it was getting late and there should be arangement for members of the lower house.
Finance Minister P Chidambaram and Nath whispered that dinner was being served in room 70 at first floor of the Parliament House building.
Later, Nath rose to make a formal announcement that members can have meals "happily" on the happy occasion of passage of the bill after the House is adjourned.
After the House was adjourned for the day, most of the members, however, preferred to go home than have dinner in Parliament House.
