The post mortem was conducted at Maualana Azad Medical College hospital which revealed that 19-year-old Minakshi died of bleeding resulting from eight stab injuries, a senior police officer said today adding that police received the report yesterday.
Following the findings of the post mortem report, Delhi Police will now demand the Delhi Government to remove that portion of its advertisement that claimed she was stabbed 32 times, by the accused, the officer said.
She had also been stabbed by the accused on her face, neck, both arms and thigh when she was accosted by the accused while returning to her home in Punjabi Basti in Anand Parbat area on July 16.
