The girl went missing yesterday while playing outside her house, police said.
The accused Roop Kumar had lured the girl and took her to a sugar cane field where he raped her and left her, they said.
The victim was found unconscious in the fields later by the villagers, who filed a case in this connection.
The accused was today arrested, police said.
