The girl, a resident of sector-55 here, complained that in December 2014 and last week of May 2015 she was raped by her maternal uncle Rambabu, police said.
The girl was taken by her another maternal uncle Khoobchand to his place in UP as his wife was pregnant and she needed a person to attend her, they said. Khoobchand later dropped her at the residence of his elder brother Baburam in Kakrol near Gurgaon, they said.
She used to sleep in the same room, they said, adding that the accused raped her one night.
Later, she was taken to village Pratapgarh in Ballabgarh here and was again raped by Baburam in the last week of May 2015, they said.
He threatened her not to reveal the incident to anyone, they said.
On the basis of her complaint, an FIR was registered with Sector-55 Police under Section 344 (wrongful confinement) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC and Sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, they said.
