The boy was found alone and crying at Borivali station by an RPF official yesterday. He said his name was Manoj Chand.
He also provided his father's mobile number. RFP officials then contacted his father.
As per the father's instructions, the boy was handed over to his uncle Appu Sangdiya today.
Manoj's father, his brother-in-law and Manoj had come to the city from Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. While boarding a train to Dahod from Borivali, Manoj was left behind due to some confusion, an RPF official said.
