Attacking the CPI(M)-led LDF government, Chouhan alleged that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was responsible for the "political killings" in the state. "He has no right to continue as chief minister," he added.
Minister of State of External Affairs V K Singh also lambasted the ruling government, saying political violence occurs in Kerala whenever the LDF (Left Democratic Front) comes to power.
All three leaders visited the family of BJP worker Radhakrishnan, who was recently killed, allegedly by CPI(M) workers, at Kanjikode in the district.
Kerala, especially the volatile Kannur district, has been witnessing a series of political killings and counter-killings of CPI(M) and RSS-BJP activists.
