Mufti meets J-K Guv, discusses administrative matters

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed today met Governor N N Vohra here at the Raj Bhavan and discussed a host of issues including administrative matters.
This was Sayeed's first formal meeting with the Governor after being sworn in as the chief minister.
Vohra and the Sayeed discussed a host of important matters relating to appointments and ages of retirement of faculties in universities and institutions of higher education, eradication of inefficiency, non-performance and corruption from the administrative apparatus and measures envisaged by the government to speed up socio-economic development, an official spokesman said.
They agreed to meet at regular intervals for discussing important issues.
