The report in a web portal had became a hot topic of discussion on social media with leaders from different political parties seeking to hear from the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) about his health.
"My health is all right," Patnaik told reporters replying to a question on the social media gossip.
"Not at all true," Patnaik said when told about the the web portal's report.
The CMO did not make any official announcement on Patnaik's health.
