"This is the main motivating factor that has united all the 60 legislators to form an opposition-less Government, as well as formed the Nagaland Legislator's Forum (NLF) on Naga Political Issue, by sinking all our differences of the past," Zeliang said.
He was addressing a programme on completion of two-years of DAN government.
He said the Parliamentary Working Committee of NLF under the chairmanship of the Speaker had visited Delhi last year and this year and has met most of the important political leaders of the Country, to brief them about the Naga issue, and seek their support as and when the matter is brought to Parliament and other appropriate fora.
The framework Agreement of August 3, 2015 can be said to be the indirect outcome of all the efforts, he said.
He said the Framework Agreement signed between the Centre and NSCN(IM) is like a preamble that sets out the tone for final resolution to protracted Naga political problem through peaceful means.
He said the Naga civil societies and various religious organisations have also been moving together with one vision for early solution to the issue.
To set out the state government's vision and target till 2023, it will bring out a Vision Document for Nagaland in line with the 'Vision 2020' for North East Region and the Act East Policy, the Chief Minister said.
"The Vision Document will inform people how we will go about to achieve self-sufficiency in foodgrain and vegetables, horticulture, meat, eggs and milk," he said.

In his address, Naga People's Front (NPF) president
Dr Shurhozelie Liezietsu asserted to play a vital role for creating better understanding among the Naga people once the content of the Framework Agreement between the Centre and NSCN(IM) is made known to the people of Nagaland.
"The NPF-led DAN government always mention about 'inclusiveness' while declaring our full support to it," Liezietsu said.
Congratulating Chief Minister TR Zeliang and his colleagues for completing two-years in office, he listed the achievements made by DAN government during the last two years.
This, he said, has resulted in Nagaland becoming a land of rumours and false propaganda and people get confused.
Vice-president of Nagaland BJP, James Vizo said there has been cordial relationship between the NPF and BJP since the inception of DAN pre-poll alliance in 2003 under the Chairmanship of Dr Late Hokishe Sema.
State Chaplain, Rev Kuzeirang Thou, in a message said it is an occasion to have retrospection of government's performances over the years and introspection for its future in the days ahead.
He called upon the gathering to renew commitment to work towards a better future for the citizens of the state.
