Naidu, Parrikar to accompany Kalam's mortal remains

Union Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu and Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar will tomorrow accompany the mortal remains of former President APJ Abdul Kalam to Rameswaram, where his funeral will be held on Thursday, official sources said.
The body will be flown to Madurai tomorrow morning en route Rameswaram.
Minister of State for Shipping Pon Radhakrishnan, who is from Tamil Nadu will also join the two ministers, they said.
There is also speculation that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may attend the funeral.
