The drummer and wife Jesse Baylin became parents to daughter Violet Marlowe Followill on Wednesday, reported Us magazine.
Baylin gave birth to baby Violet in Nashville and she weighed 7lbs, 13 ounces. Nathan, 33, and Baylin, 28, announced the pregnancy news in June.
At the time, a spokesperson for the couple said that they had become "two of the most excited people" following the news.
The 'Sex on Fire' bandmember announced the couple's pregnancy only six days after his brother, frontman of Kings of Leon Caleb Followill, welcomed daughter Dixie Pearl with his wife Lily Aldridge.
The previous month, youngest brother and bandmember Jared Followill became engaged to girlfriend Martha Patterson. They have since wed.
