NDFB(S) warns security forces

The banned NDFB(S) which had killed eight people in the last four days today warned security forces to stop "notorious" acts against innocent Bodo people.
"The repeat killing of innocent Bodo civilians by Indian security forces make us impatient...," National Democratic Front of Bodoland(S) Interim General Secretary B Saoraigwra said in an email statement here.
NDFB(S) respect each and every community of the world as human beings, provided they also respect Bodo's nationality, he said.
Birbai alias B Birbaisa, a 'Commandant' of the Eastern Command of NDFB(S), was injured today in an encounter with a joint team of police and CRPF in Chirang district. Some cash, mobile sets and some extortion notices were recovered from the site

Assam police announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh on Saoraigwra for giving any information to help capture him dead or alive. A total cash reward of Rs 95 lakh on 15 top leaders of the banned NDFB(S) was declared.
Since January 17, eight people, mostly Hindi speaking, have been killed by the anti-talk NDFB(S) faction across different locations in the state.
