"The accused Michal Chukuma had a dispute with the victim Abina Chuku over a football game this morning in Agarwal Nagari of Nalasopara area. In a fit of rage, Chukuma hit Chuku with a broken glass and also attacked him with a sharp object," Assistant Police Inspector Sunil Jadhav of Tulinj police station told PTI.
Chuku died on the spot.
Chukuma has been arrested and a case under section 302 (murder) of IPC has been registered and investigations are underway, the officer added.
