He will pitch for allocating of resources to states keeping in view the problems being faced by them for long.
Yadav will also present the state's view on the working and structure of NITI Aayog, they added.
Yadav would advocate maximum assistance and support to the states from the Centre under the federal system of the Constitution, the official sources said here today.
Besides, he will make a case for at least 90 per cent of grants to be provided under centrally sponsored schemes and emphasis on continuous interaction between the states and the Centre.
He will lay stress that due to stern conditions and restrictions in a few central programmes, only select states get benefitted.
To achieve national targets in different sectors, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister would demand setting up of a special team having representation of the states, besides the ministries concerned, sources said.
Yadav would also suggest maintaining the existing policy of framing five-year plan, the sources added.
He would demand that the state be consulted on political and official level before finalising the five-year plan.
