Facing heavy competition from the other five finalist schools, the team +Not Just Spectators,+ comprising Bragadeeshwaran, Harikrishna and Sharat Chandra of the GKD School, won this championship, a release said here.
"Rocking Quizzers" (Jeevesh, Ashwat Sibi and Naresh from Vidya Niketan Public School) and "Quizzically Impaired" (Akash Kumar, Muhilan and Siddharth Pratap from PSBB Millennium) were the runners-up, it said.
A total of 810 students from schools in and around Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Erode and Tirupur districts had participated in the written preliminary round, from which six teams were shortlisted for the Grand Finale.
