Presiding over a review meeting of the Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of various departments on status of funds earmarked for plan head in 2012-13, he expressed dissatisfaction with poor utilisation of funds in the first four months of this fiscal against the ratio of plan size.
It was imperative for the officials to ensure that the funds allocated for development works under the plan head get utilised in a time-bound manner, the chief minister said.

Earlier, Principal Secretary (Planning and Development) Vijay Prakash briefed the chief minister about details of expenditure against the plan head and other achievements.
