Hooda sought to downplay the report that the Congress high command was mulling a change of guard in three states, that included Haryana, ahead of fresh assembly polls and said these were "just rumours."
"All sections of the society are satisfied with the functioning of the state government," the Congress leader told reporters in reply to repeated questions on the possibility of change of guard in the state.
Congress leadership today held parleys with Chief Ministers of Maharashtra and Haryana in New Delhi as the party prepares for a massive organisational rejig.
