"The visit of US President Barack Obama has kindled hopes of giving a new dimension to the Indo-US relationship," Rudy said in a statement.
He said after talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Obama, the Indo-US ties will scale new heights and will help further strengthen economic relationship as also bring in fresh investment in the country.
"For achieving this goal of skilling all youth in the country, the American help is important," he said.
The minister also lauded Prime Minister Modi's initiative in taking forward the discussions with President Obama on issues like nuclear cooperation, science and space, technical education, social security and health, besides creating consensus on tackling terror unitedly across the world.
