An 86-year-old woman has lodged an FIR against a local BSP leader, charging him with fraudulently grabbing her property here, police said today.
The woman, who had also made a complaint to the chief minister's office, has alleged BSP leader Gajendra Singh Chauhan through fake documents got the house transferred in his name and with the help of his henchmen grabbed the two-storey building on the G T Road, police said.
The woman claimed Chauhan, who is also a leader of a faction of 'kshatriya mahasabha', have threatened her, which forced her to shift to Noida.
The matter is being probed, police said.
