On eve of Budget session HP Speaker urges parties to cooperate

Himachal Pradesh assembly Speaker B B L Butail today urged all the parties to maintain decorum and cooperate in smooth running of the House.
He urged the parties to raise issues under relevant rules and hoped that all parties would cooperate in maintaining order in the Vidhan Sabha.
The Speaker had convened an all party meeting on the eve of the budget session but the chief minister Virbhadra Singh and leader of the opposition Prem Kumar Dhumal skipped it.
While Parliamentary Affairs minister Mukesh Agnihotri, Chief whip of BJP, Suresh Bharadwaj and independent MLA Balbir Singh Verma attended the meeting.

Meanwhile, Congress and BJP are holding their legislature party meetings for finalizing the strategy for the session.
