The knife-wielding Muslim who was fatally shot by Boston's Joint Terrorism Task Force on Tuesday knew he was being watched by the FBI back in 2012, according to his posts on Facebook, where he taunted FBI agents as "stupid fools" and said they had no evidence against him.
Usaama Rahim also "liked" the Facebook page of the Islamic State in Iraq, which concerns some moderate Muslim leaders who reviewed the dead man's social media postings with The Associated Press.
Boston Police and the FBI said they took action to thwart an imminent threat, but these Muslims say they found nothing in his Facebook postings that suggest he was becoming a radical extremist, and there are plenty of statements Rahim made against violence.
