One killed, 3 hurt in cracker unit blast

One person was killed and three others were injured in an explosion in a cracker factory at Champahati in South 24 Parganas district.
The incident took place at the house of Kanai Mondal at Haral locality of Champahati, well known for cracker units.
While one person died at the spot, the others were hospitalised in a serious condition, police said adding all are employees of the factory.
