to death by a group of people while five of his aides escaped when they allegedly attempted to steal a battery from a private mobile tower premises in Ramgarh district today, the police said.
The company employees reported to the police that six persons entered the tower premises in the town and tried to steal it.
Attracted by the noise, some people chased the six, overpowered one and lynched him.
The deceased was identified as Guddu. His brother also lodged a complaint with the police against the people who had killed him, the sources said.
