The 31-year-old hotel heiress, who came to India to attend the recently concluded India Resort Fashion Week in Goa, landed in Mumbai this morning.
"In Mumbai, just went to the toy store and bought lots of toys. On our way to the children's orphanage to go drop off the presents," Hilton tweeted before the visit.
"They all loved the presents I brought. What an amazing feeling to see them all smiling and so happy," she later tweeted.
Hilton, who is visiting India for the second time, had enthralled her fans with her new found talent of DJ-ing at the IRFW.
