Pb edu dept to redress grievances at dist level from tomorrow

Punjab Education Department is all set to hold district level meetings from tomorrow to redress the grievances of general public and its employees.
Disclosing this here today, Education Minister Daljit Singh Cheema said in a statement that these meetings would be convened in the offices of District Education Officers (Secondary and Elementary Education) from 10 am to 2 pm.
He said that instructions have been issued to officials to ensure the necessary arrangements in all the 22 districts.
The minister said that consolidated reports would be submitted with the head office by the concerned officers adding that 22 observers have also been appointed for this purpose.

He asked employees, who have any grievances with the department, to meet the authorities concerned to get their issues redressed.
