Peace Party to support RUC candidate against Mulayam

Having wide influence among the muslim voters in UP, the Peace Party today decided to extend its support to Rashtriya Ulama Council (RUC) candidate Maulana Aamir Rashadi Madni contesting against SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav from here.
"The national working committee of the party has decided not to field its candidate from Azamgarh Lok sabha seat in the coming elections and instead extend support to Rashtriya Ulema Council", National Vice-President of Peace Party B Z Ansari said.
Declining to comment on Mulayam Singh Yadav, Ansari said he has decided to support RUC as it is a new party.
