According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Che Cruz, 20, who was previously arrested on star's property last Sunday, was again arrested "near the vicinity" of her home, reported E! online.
The man was arrested as he violated a protective order issued by the court that required him to stay 150 yards away from that particular property. He is currently being held in lieu of USD 20,000 bail.
It is unclear that whether the 'Come & Get It' hitmaker was or was not at her home when the incident happened.
