During the incident on April 12, the accused Yamin had opened fired in which the girl received severe injuries and is still under treatment at a private hospital.
SSP Dharmendra Singh said that upon a tip-off, the police team which was specially deputed to work out the daring day-light robbery in the busy market, nabbed the robber from green belt near Gurudwara at Indirapuram.
As per the incident, Uday Kumar, a resident of Gyan Khand of Indira Puram, was going towards Delhi on his motor cycle with his wife and four-year-old daughter Mishika on April 12.
Uday chased the robbers and cornered them near wave cinema here.
One of the robbers then fired indiscriminately in which the girl got injured.
Police said the remaining accused will be nabbed soon.
