The official gathering of retired and serving officers was held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
"I express my deep appreciation for the services of all AsDC to the President. I'm sometimes mesmerised by their professionalism and swiftness.
"Sometime it so happens that I have guests coming throughout the day. I have no Saturday and Sunday. In such busy schedule also, they always receive all my guests with smile. Our military personnel, deputy military staff and all AsDC they perfectly discharge their duties," Mukherjee said expressing his gratitude to the officers.
"They provided exemplary leadership in public life and showed total commitment in the Constitution of India."
Also, present at the reunion was former Rear Admiral Kirpal Singh, who was ADC to the first Indian Governor General, C. Rajagopalachari.
