As per the tentative programme, the president would land at the Kalyani helipad at Chharaabra, 14-Km from here, and drive straight to the Retreat, summer holiday home of the President, where he would stay for two days.
Elaborate security and other arrangements were being made for the president's visit but no information was available about his engagements.
Mukherji had visited Shimla last year also.
