Principal, Manager arrested in minor's molestation case

The principal and manager of a private school were today arrested in connection with the alleged molestation of a four-year-old class nursery student within the school campus, police said here.
Principal Qazi Azizul and school manager Nihal Ahmad have been arrested after being booked under POSCO Act and sent to jail, they said.
A four-year-old girl was allegedly molested by a youth inside the school in Rajghat area on Friday, followed with a protest by a large number of people yesterday demanding arrest of the accused.
The victim's family members alleged that when they lodged complaint with the school management, it declined any such incident, the police said.

A case was lodged in the matter and the school was sealed yesterday.
Meanwhile, Chief Medical Superintendent Sunita Kumar said that medical examination of the girl did not confirm rape.
