Railway official inspects Rameswaram railway station

Vashishta Johri, General Manager, Southern Railway inspected Rameswaram Railway Station today and made suggestions for improvingpassenger amenities at Rameswaram station.
Interacting with the press, he informed that the Scherzer span of Pamban bridge will be replaced at a cost of Rs 25 crore and the work has been awarded to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited.
Later he inspected Pitlines and Bio-toilet lab at Rameswaram station and Pamban bridge.
