The city recorded 21.6 mm of rains, according to a MeT report, leading to water-logging at several places.
Many low lying areas on the city's periphery were also water-logged due to poor drainage system.
Moderate to heavy rains also occurred in Ajmer, Kota and Udaipur divisions of the state since last night, the MeT report said.
Bagidora recorded the maximum rainfall of 6-cm, followed by Ladnu 5-cm; Kanma, Kumbher, Galikot, Laxmangarh and Amer 3-cm each. Other places in the state rainfall measuring one to two cm.
The Southwest Monsoon was still to aggravate over the western districts of Jaisalmer and Barmer, as the maximum temperate touched 38 degrees Celsius.
Scattered monsoon activity would continue in the state in the next 24 hours, according to a MeT forecast.
