Shimla received 13 mm of rains while Bangana recorded 38 mm of rains, followed by Kangra 11 mm, Paonta Sahib, Baldwara and Kasauli 10 mm, Gaggal and Nahan 7 mm and Nurpur 5 mm.
Maximum temperatures remained steady and Una was hottest during the day with a high of 34.8 deg C, while Bhuntar and Sundernagar recorded maximum temperature at 32.8 deg C and 31.6 deg C, followed by Solan 27 deg C, Dharamsala and Nahan 26.8 deg C, Kalpa 23.2 deg C and Shimla 21.3 deg C.
The lcoal MeT office has predicted rain and thunderstorms at some places for next three days and dry weather in most parts of the state after September 14 onwards.
