Raj govt constitutes 723 gram panchayats, 47 panchayat samiti

Rajasthan government has constituted 723 new Gram Panchayats and 47 new Panchayat Samities in the state.
A notification to this effect was issued by the government yesterday.
As per the notification, 723 new Gram Panchayats were constituted and 1,423 Gram Panchayats were reconstituted.
Similarly, 47 new Panchayat Samiti were created and 64 (Panchayat Samiti) were reconstituted, an official release said here today.
