The Congress during its rule had worked towards making Rajasthan a welfare state, he said in a reply during the Assembly's Budget session here.
"Public sector projects, be it thermal power stations or Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) hotels, is being given to private parties by the BJP-led state government," Dudi said.
He alleged that the government had spent crores of rupees in its celebration for completing three years in the state and the picture of development is translucent as it is marred with corruption.
"There have been massive scams in mines, PHED and NRHM but the state government has not initiated a probe," he alleged.
The government has not addressed the Barmer Refinery and second-phase of the Jaipur Metro in the Budget. "Both have been termed not viable," he claimed.
