"Like Ganga, step to clean Yamuna is the need of the hour. Unless Yamuna is cleaned, people would fall victim of various disease," he said according to the statement issued by Yamuna Rakshak Dal.
A delegation of Yamuna Rakhsak Dal (YRD), led by its National President Jai Krishna Das, met Ramdev in Haridwar today.
"With my supporters, I would participate in pad-yatra (foot march) of Yamuna Rakshak Dal starting from Vrindaban on March 11. I shall request Union Government to take early decision to clean Yamuna," he said.
