Senior BJP leader Ajay Bhatt today alleged that Chief Minister Harish Rawat was "only" assessing the work done in legislative areas represented by Congress MLAs as "no development works" were being carried out in areas of BJP MLAs in the state.
In a letter written to Rawat, Bhatt said that assessing only Congress MLA areas and not the BJP counterparts was an "injustice" to the people.
As a chief minister, people belonging to all legislative areas should be treated equally, he said.
He claimed that in BJP MLA areas, several works such as building of bridges and hospital, restoration of roads hit by natural calamities, among others were yet to be done.
