Sagar dedicated the new shrine building which was reconstructed within 18 months after it was gutted in a fire incident on June 25, 2012, an official spokesman said.
The management of the 200-year-old Dastageer Sahib Shrine was able to save the relics housed in the building.
The shrine has been reconstructed keeping the old design intact.
The reconstruction work of the Dastageer Sahib Shrine is being carried out at Rs 10 crore out of which Rs six crore have already been spent while rest will be used for strengthening the infrastructure and beautification of the Shrine.
He said the glory of Shrine has been restored as per the public expectations and keeping in view its heritage aspect.
