The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star and the NBA basketball star have been plagued by rumours their romance is on the rocks but the 31-year-old TV personality insisted she knows how to "balance" her career and personal life, reported ET Online.
"I do like to put my relationships a priority. But I'm a really good multi-tasker and I just know how to balance out. Even if it's just a 48-hour trip. As long as you get that time in then it works.
"I think keeping it a little private too has really helped us. Mystery is good.
