Former "Strictly Come Dancing" judge Arlene Phillips has undergone "minor" surgery on her knee after damaging it whilst dancing.
Philips, 72, underwent the "minor operation" on January 7, reported Female First.
Taking to her Twitter account prior to the surgery, she wrote, "2016 off to a great start with knee surgery! #knee #tear #hospital #blackandwhite #poorme (sic)."
Later that evening the former dancer appeared to be on the mend as she updated fans with her condition.
"Love and thank for all the lovely messages on Twitter. Much appreciated and confidence building. I'm home and happy and gently exercising," she posted.
