Reliance Power posts Rs 253 cr profit in Q2

Reliance Power today reported flat growth in net profit at Rs 253.07 crore for the second quarter of the current fiscal.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 250.50 crore during the same period last year.
Total income during the period under review rose to Rs 1,885 crore from Rs 1,457 crore in the comparable period last fiscal, Reliance Power said in a statement.
Reliance Power shares closed 1.45 per cent lower at Rs 74.55 on the BSE.
