The fishermen were produced before the court at Puthalam, which extended their remand to that date, U Arulanandam, President of Pamban Innocent Fishermen's Organisation said.
The 15 fishermen with three boats were arrested by Sri Lankan Navy personnel on Jan 2 when they were fishing near Katchateevu and later lodged in prison at Neergolumbu.
