It comes less than two weeks after he was absent from Kim's wedding to Kanye West in Florence because he felt too self-conscious about his size to appear in photographs.
He is also said to have fallen out with Khloe over his friendship with her estranged husband Lamar Odom, who he reportedly turned to for help with his recent troubles.
Khloe is said to be urging Rob to find other people to lean on, rather than her ex.
