Nizamabad TRS MP K Kavitha, who founded Telangana Jagruthi, said "We have tied up with industries to provide skill-based training to youths and have identified 18 sectors to provide training."
"17 such training centres have been set up in different parliamentary constituencies of the state," she said adding "the idea is to bring as many youth into the employable sector as possible through Telangana Jagruthi".
The programme was attended by dignitaries including Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governor ESL Narasimhan, Union Minister Bandaru Dattatraya and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, a release stated.
