Superstar Salman Khan will reportedly attend the upcoming second edition of Times of India Film Awards, scheduled to take place in Dubai on March 18.
Salman, 50, is also nominated in the best actor category for his last year's blockbuster "Bajrani Bhaijaan".
It is not known yet whether the "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" star will perform at the event, TOIFA sources said.
TOIFA 2016 Dubai will take place at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai Sports City.
The awards ceremony will witness performances by Bollywood celebrities like Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Yo Yo Honey Singh and many others.
The "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" star shot for a train sequence
in Haryana and it was quite hectic as he had to run from morning to evening.
"We shot the train sequence in Haryana. We shot there for one day and they were all running shots. I got the pleasure to run with the steam engine. It was difficult to run and get the expressions right at the same time. It was a tiresome experience," he said.
For Salman, playing the role of Sultan was challenging.
"It was a difficult journey. When this role was narrated to me I felt I can do this, but when I started doing it, the director got all real wrestlers in front of me... It was difficult," he said.
He described Sultan as a simple man who has no ambitions.
"He sees a feisty girl (Anushka) and likes her and wants to marry her. But things don't fall in place. She is a strong-headed girl... She is responsible for making him, breaking him and then again making him. This is the love story," Salman said.
According to the "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" actor, when a person falls in life then family support is needed.
Produced by Aditya Chopra and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, "Sultan" hits cinema houses this Eid in July.
